Why I Got The O-Shot (And How It My Life)

After having four children and a hysterectomy, it was almost inevitable. I started having incontinence issues. Coughing, standing up from a sitting position when I had a sudden urge to pee, laughing, jumping all meant I’d probably leak—or worse.
I knew it was a problem when I peed my pants loading my groceries into Costco while wrestling my 2- and 4-year-olds into the car.
